Due to the personalized nature and irreversible results of our esthetician services, gift cards, service passes, + all appointments purchased & booked are non-refundable. (ALL DEPOSITS, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE) Once performed, waxing, facials, intimate treatments, and other services provide permanent alterations to your appearance and well-being. These changes, in their very nature, cannot be returned or undone. However, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction and ensuring you achieve the desired outcome.
